Deposits and Payments

Projects require a deposit before scheduling or ordering materials. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined in your project agreement.

Failure to make required payments may result in:

  • Project delays

  • Suspension of work

  • Cancellation of services

  • Additional fees where permitted by law

Cantonment Fencing reserves the right to retain deposits to cover materials, labor, and administrative costs if a project is canceled after materials are ordered or work has begun.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may request cancellation; however:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered

  • Custom or special-order materials are non-refundable

  • Work already completed must be paid in full

Refund eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of Cantonment Fencing, consistent with applicable law.

 

Material Availability and Delays

Project timelines are estimates only. Cantonment Fencing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Material shortages

  • Supplier delays

  • Permit delays

  • Utility marking delays

  • Acts of God

  • Circumstances beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects as promptly as possible.

 

Weather Delays

Fence installation is weather-dependent. Unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions may delay installation. Such delays do not constitute breach of contract and do not entitle customers to refunds or compensation.

 

Warranty Limitations

Any warranties provided will be outlined in your written project agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where applicable.

Cantonment Fencing does not guarantee:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by weather, ground movement, or natural events

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications

 

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By agreeing to services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Cantonment Fencing to resolve the issue.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Collection efforts

  • Additional fees

  • Legal action where permitted by law
